2011-2013 BEC Equine Resource Guide is Complete!

The 2011-2013 BEC Equine Resource Guide is finished and on its way to the printer!
However, you can view the on-line version by going to the “Resource Guide” tab on our
website. This on-line version features the publication in magazine style with hotlinks.
The printed version will be available in January and we hope to have a potluck dinner to
celebrate its arrival!  It will then be mailed to all members and advertisers and placed at
tack shops, feed store, Cooperative Extension and Reading Tourism.

Thank you to all of our advertisers for your help in making this publication a success. 
This resource guide is very important to the BEC as it enables us to provide an important
service to the equine community.

Congratulations to our Amateur Photographers!

I also want to thank all of our members who submitted photographs for the cover. The
winning photograph was done by Dawn Derr and is pictured below. Dawn wins a BEC
Saddle Pad. Honorable mention photographs were placed inside the publication and
were submitted by Jeanne Zoppel and Leslie McCormack. All of the submitted
photographs will be on display on our BEC website gallery section.
